They took time out of their day to teach me Japanese, they lent us 3 bikes to use for free, and they were funny, positive, and helpful. "This property was built in the mid nineties in western fashion in the rooms so expect roominess, a closet and drawers! The lobby is very nice and meticulously kept, the walkway up to the hotel needs some TLC and my room heat could not be turned down so the room was much too hot. The staff was very welcoming friendly and helpful. You will need some skill with a translator app to communicate with them well however. I would stay here again if I need to. "
