「This cottage has everything I needed and was very comfortable. I love the location. It’s a beautiful property. 」

「We extended our stay by 2 nights and needed a place to stay. The Mermaid worked out fine for us (could use a new mattress) and the view was amazing! The owner was great and very easy to work with and replied to us right away. We did not enjoy the ride to get up there, but we were warned about it in the description. You do need an SUV to travel up there. Thanks for the stay!」

「Thank you Kathy for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. The view from the back deck is breathtaking and watching the sunset in the evening was one of the highlights of our trip. The sky lit up at sunset and the colors were almost unbelievable. The sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below was mesmerizing and I slept like a baby. We took trips all over the island and the location of the condo was perfectly positioned between the two major towns. We could walk to the restaurants right...

「Ive been coming to this area to Scuba Dive for 15 years. 9 years ago I married my wife in Carambola which is where Ive always stayed. This year we decided to give a rental property a try and boy are we happy. Not only was this property a short easy walk from all the amenities the area offers but the condo itself was impecable. Just bring your clothes and groceries because the rest from bottle openers to beach chairs to wine glasses and everything in between is right there and in great condition....

「Win is a great host. The location is perfect with restaurant and dive shop nearby plus great shore diving. The property is well maintained and has pretty much all you need for a great stay. We are coming back!」

「We had a wonderful visit to Estate River. This large home had much space for our family group of 11 which included children. We liked the central location which is 10 minutes to Cane Bay and Carambola and 20 minutes to Fredriksted. Estate River is private and quiet. The property manager was very responsive and provided everything for which we asked. 」

「Not fancy but clean. As advertised. Property short way up a hill from Beach with beautiful pristine water with a decent reef tropicals by the dozen. Need a car. Watch out for the potholes as you drive the island. Worth it.」

「This location is awesome. Our cottage was steps from the ocean. The restaurant is wonderful but can be crazy busy. I suggest eating at 3 or 4 for dinner. Do rent a car. This was one of our best vacations ever!」
