「The room and the resort were fantastic, but the staff needs more hospitality training. Check-in was not very organized, and it took a lot of time. I felt like I had to go through a loophole for most things. Despite that, the resort had an amazing ambiance and was great overall. 」

As a guest you have to walk through the front shop to get out which means that over night you are locked in. Not a fan of not being able to come and go. Practical things like WiFi did not work the lamp in our room did not work (we traded out the bulb) and the bathroom had not been cleaned.
