「This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. 「This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave」

「Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all 」

「Excellent backdrop and location and in excellent condition with a massive room. Reception staff were amazing as was the breakfast buffet and service provided in the morning. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room however and the bar service closes at 11pm. The prices on the bar menu were outdated and therefore bill was higher than expected. 「Very nice hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. 」

「This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this. Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively. 」
