「最初の3日はとても心地よく過ごせたのですが後半3日は上の階のゲストの騒音で最悪のステイでした。騒音が始まった日にレセプションに苦情を入れ数時間は止まったのですが、その後は一向に収まる事なく子供の走り回る音、椅子を引きずっている音、しまいには子供がおもちゃを落としたらいいのですが断りもなく私たちのパティオに入って来ておもちゃを探している始末。一泊＄３６０も払っているのに家でも経験することのないプライバシー侵害とひどい音に悩まされました。 」

「シェアキッチンがとても使いやすく、長めの滞在でExmouthを楽しむには最適です。 タウンセンターのスーパーにも徒歩で行ける近さで徒歩圏内にカフェやレストランもあります。 ただ、Wi-Fiがとても弱く、私が滞在していた部屋（26）では全く使えませんでした。中庭まで出れば使える状態でしたが、速度は携帯よりも遅いレベルです。 」

If you want something different, then this is the place. You an do as much as you want or as little - the choice is yours. The food was exquisite, thank you Chef. 「This was our first stay in Exmouth as a family. The Villa was perfect for what we needed. Self contained with all cooking gear we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside. Check in directions were straight forward and easy to follow. Local shops are a 5 minute walk down the road with coffee shops. Iga and the local pub with some retailers. The location is perfect. The property doesn’t have a pool but the local community pool is right next door 」

「This property ticked all the boxes for us. Very spacious, well appointed, clothes line just outside esp as we had our own washing machine. Decor was fresh and kitchen great for preparing meals. Bed very comfy too. Bathroom looks recently refurbished but although there is a little trolley and a tiny wall cabinet, there isn't really anywhere to spread toiletries. Also be prepared for very little water pressure in shower and the bathmat will be absolutely soaked after every shower (open without hob...
