"Old hotel, with nice pool. Sauna could be better cleaned"

"The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation."

"Not the first time stay in Hilton, but this time is so disappointed that when I had breakfast, they came to ask me several times to hurry up because they are about to finish, and collected all the dishes when I was eating without saying anything, while other guests were still walking in and starting their breakfast! I spent ¥130 for a 10 minutes half breakfast!"

"Booked for my parents and grandma. The front desk girl told them there’s complimentary breakfast when checking in. My parents didn’t asked and it’s totally ok if they didn’t say so. However when they went for breakfast the following day they were told that it was impossible and nobody would give them free breakfast. As I said we understand we didn’t pay for the breakfast when we booked rooms and we didn’t have to eat at hotel, but the way they treated us and responded didn’t make any sense. Hope they can do better in communicating with customers. "
