"Disorganized check in. In spite of making reservations in mid May and phoning to confirm before arrival, we were told there was no room available. A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed "

"Great stay. It is a unique and beautiful property at the heart of the old city. Easy access to most of the tourist sites. The room is perhaps a bit sparse against the price, but you're paying for the art and a great view out over the ocean."
