"The location is okay — around a 15-minute walk into Tossa de Mar, so it’s manageable, but it isn’t particularly central. The biggest disappointment for me was the mattress. "The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."

"The hotel is bang in the middle of the town However once you enter it is very tranquil cool and modern Rooms are not massive but adequate wardrobe space again fine for a few days I personally would struggle for 8 to 10 days We requested a room over pool and was great very quite Breakfast was of exceptional quality and beautiful The pools on the roof were so nice with the lovely dipping pools loads of sun beds and shade It gave you a lovely feeling and it was nice seeing all the mountains and greenery We were so surprised on the location yes if you turn left it’s full of nightlife but turn right out of the hotel and you are blessed with a lovely prom with lovely restaurants lots of lovely side streets with little eating places we had a super time honestly give it a go The hotel and staff are fab"
