「We had wonderful 4 days in the honeymoon cottage at the end of our South Africa trip.
The cottages was perfectly equipped in a way we have never experienced before. Rainer, the very helpful and attentive host, thought about everything you might need during your stay. Despite a power-outage due to a cable theft in the community we still enjoyed the wood fire oven, the barbeque and the rain shower. 「The biggest problem was that they had no record of our reservation which was confirmed and paid for through Expedia 10 days earlier. I did try to confirm with them 4 days prior to arrival as my wife and daughter have not received any instructions regarding check in. No response! It took me 2 hours to try and sort this out - I am in Canada and was texted by my wife at 3:30 am my time. Once this big problem was sorted out , my family was very impressed. BETTER COMMUNICATION WOULD BE WONDERFUL!! 」
