「This is truly an amazing property, and I believe it is the best place to stay in Fort Smith. The staff fulfilled every request I had, and I especially want to recognize Melissa and her team for their exceptional service. 「The front desk person checking me in was not at all helpful. Barely looked up. Not busy, only me. Might have been having a bad day, but certainly showed it in her attitude. Just gave me the room key and told me where the elevators were. That was the extent of our contact. Did not explain a annthing else regarding the hotel or amenities.」

「The room was dirty - trash on the floor, wall paper peeling off, door nob with many finger prints, some towels with stains… and many more. No juice or yogurt for breakfast. Very poor quality meal. The front desk staff was very nice. 」

We were early and my brothers room was ready and we were not anywhere close together but she worked and got us a joining room and I was also able to check in early. She was just so sweet and had a positive energy about her. She just made my day! When we checked out the guy at the front desk was also so nice. I didn’t get his name. Just a great group of people. The lady at the breakfast bar was also very nice. Loved by stay there!!😊」

We were supposed to stay 2 nights but I’m from ft smith and had just came down to pick my brother up so got somewhere to stay. Found out we just needed one night so left early.
