「Five minutes after booking this hotel I realized it was in the wrong town. When I tried to cancel the hotel refused to refund my money. They said that it was against policy. I had to pay $80 for a room I didn't use. 」

「It was good」

「Convenient location. Easy checkin and checkout. Has 2 elevators」

「They stole my money! I booked at 1:00 am and they were sold out. How aboyt driving 9 hoyrs and you are exhausted and the room you booked never existed. They are from India. The problem was that the hotell smelt so bad. The "TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER REFUNDED ME!!!!).」

「I came with the Baby Boomer Reunion. Earlier I spoke of how unorganized check in was with it taking 30 minutes. There room was clean. Thank you housekeeping because of you I upped the rating. Friday morning no breakfast because the cook didn’t show up and neither did the second one as backup. Sat was better. 「Let's start this off on a good note, the pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot. Our room was in need of A LOT of TLC. The room did not have a properly operating door lock. The room could not be left unattended with our belongings since it was accessible to everyone. Unnerving and frustrating to say the least, we were definitely ready to go somewhere else. We needed to...

「Lovely property! Cozy, clean and felt like home. They actually had fans in the room, big plus! Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Great to be able to get a comfortable luxury experience and be able to park in front of the door.」

「Room was actually nicer than we expected. But the bathroom was rough. There was a huge gaping hole above the sink that leaked funk water into the sink. Careful brushing. And the shampoo was a leftover half-used little bottle.」

「The renovated interior is fantastic and adds a lovely touch to the stay.」

「Really liked my stay, felt very comfortable here!」
