「Room was too small for 2 people. Parking wasn't enough for the amount of guests. Breakfast was comical and that's me being polite. We walked away to have a proper breakfast outside. The "gym" had only 1 machine.」

「I convinced this hotel has the best facility for relatively long stay in Riyadh. They have kitchen, wash machine, gym running 24hours, around 20m exterior swimming pool. The location is very convenient place. Room window is big enough to provide sun light into the room. Breakfast is not gorgeous but enough for daily meal. 「New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage.
