「全体的に古めかしい部屋です。それ自体は良いのですが、トイレ、シャワー室に仕切りや段差がなく、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの床まで水浸しになるのが難点です。スタッフさんは愛想良いです。」

「最初は小屋？感が強く、グランピングのようで残念な気もしましたが、慣れてくると大自然を味わうにはある意味最高なのかもしれないと思うようになりました。ここはとにかくプールが最高！レストランからの眺めも言葉を失います！食事はすべて美味しく、スタッフの方もみんな感じが良く、アルウラに行くのであればおすすめします！」

「When we arrived, we were initially not given the same room that was shown on the Expedia website, so we had to wait while contacting Expedia to clarify the issue. After speaking with Expedia, the hotel management handled the situation very professionally. The manager personally contacted us and assured us that we would be given a room matching the photos shown online. They were very respectful and helpful in resolving the issue, and we appreciated their efforts.」
