"Federico was the perfect host. The accommodations was very nice and clean and spa like.The surrounding area was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was available and was very good. Staff were nice and very helpful. Close to Tarcoles Bridge and Carrara National Park. Great opportunity to see birds and monkeys.I would highly recommend. Also the host went above and beyond to assist. I would definitely go back."

"The biodome itself was clean and very unique. The property (communal kitchen and pool area) was unkempt- the BBQ does not have an igniter and the pool was dirty and unusable. The walk to the beach was nice and everyone was always very helpful. Lots of wildlife! "

"We had such an amazing time here! In addition to the bioluminescence tour with Eddy (10 minute drive) and the beautiful Organos Beach (5 minute walk), we did a horseback tour at Curu Wildlife Refuge (30 minute drive) and rode the ferry (10 minute drive to terminal) back to Puntarenas when we were done. BUT the best part for us was that a troop of about 20 howler monkeys was in the area and, at one point, treated us to about an hour-long show foraging in the trees almost directly above our dome....

"I stayed for two weeks. Initially I thought perhaps it might be too long but it was perfect. The guest house is well equipped and very comfortable. Although the property is shared with the hosts it is very private, separated by hedges and trees, and quiet. My hosts were wonderful, welcoming, thoughtful and interesting. I enjoyed the proximity to Atenas, easily walkable if you don’t mind a bit of uphill, for shopping and eating. I plan to return."

Playa Blanca is also close by with sand and great snorkeling. Paradise, photos look like screensavers!
