「Lovely little house that fit our needs for a few days during a family reunion. Very quick access to a Dollar General, liquor store and gas station. And only a couple quick miles to the Landing. 」

「My two adult daughters and I recently spent a "Girls Only" getaway at this beautiful riverfront property, and it was perfect for our trip! From the moment we arrived, the house was exactly as described. Each of us had our own clean and cozy room, making it feel like we had plenty of space to relax and unwind.The directions provided were spot on, and the drive to the house was easy to navigate despite the dirt and gravel road. My daughter's van handled it just fine, so there were no issues there....

「We had a lovely visit to Arcadia Valley. I brought a friend who had never been there and we enjoyed all of the sites and visited with family. The cabin was perfect. We counted 29 species of birds from the front porch and watched the lightning beetles in the field across the road. It was magical. 」

Mary is a very kind and warm person. Don’t worry about the road going into the property it’s not a problem at all. We will 100% stay here again!」

「We stayed here with 2 other families and it’s great! The house has plenty of beds and bathrooms, is very clean and has an awesome space to eat together with a full kitchen. The outside is great with a pond to fish, use the paddle boat and paddle board. The locations was about 20 minutes away where we could float for the day. We would definitely recommend and will be coming back! 」

The cabin waas so cute and clean in a secluded area outside Eminence There was the cutest outpost on site ran by owners so if you want a drink, ice cream, pizza, or snack you didn't have to drive into town. The owners were very nice and had quick communication. We will be back. 」

「We ( family of 3 & one extra preteen) had an amazing time at this property . We stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Location is amazing if you're going out and exploring. We did a float from alley springs to eminence (water was a bit high so that was the float available) we used Windy's outfitters ( less then a block away) . We explored Ally springs and Rocky Falls. The communication with host leading up to check in was excellent. Getting into the property was no hassle at all. Arriving at property...
