「Decent Breakfast (oatmeal, toast, donuts, coffee, waffles), simple but clean rooms. Great value. Would stay here again. 」

「Bedroom looked like a run down 3rd hand furniture. Where the refrigerator was, being held up above the broken floor of the cabinet was being leveled by folded cardboard in order to open door, particle board looked like a dog chewed it up. Refrigerator has holes, and rust on it, then the inside was mold, never cleaned. Smoke alarm missing, later found in cabinet under non working microwave. Sliding widow will not open a true fire hazard with 120volt smoke alarm in a drawer!」

「My room was clean and the front desk was glad I was back again. This hotel is not a five star hotel but the water pressure in the shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The hotel served all my needs and I would stay there again, no problem.」

The Bunkhouse is small, cute cowboy & horse themed house with a great view of the lake, countryside and night sky! I loved the shower, kinda spa like! I love the covered clock roadway! It gave me BeetleGuise vibes! 」

「This was the perfect spot to meet up with friends for a weekend away. It was spacious inside, with plenty of room for kids to play and everyone to sleep comfortably. We loved the remote location. The kids enjoyed running around outside and seeing the deer in the field in the evenings. We will definitely consider coming back for another weekend get away with our friends in the future! 」

The host is very gracious with thorough and kind communication. Scandia has an excellent restaurant called Tags and the service and quality of food is excellent!!!」
