"Front Staff woke me up to tell me the internet wasn’t working. Then left at checkout time to be unavailable for over an hour that I know of. I had an appointment so I checked back twice within the hour before my appointment then left town. Left a note requesting an invoice. Got a call back 6 hours later to tell me it was impossible on their end and to find one online. They gave me a key saying “ we only have one if you lose it I can let you in but you won’t have your own”. It’s electronic keys why can’t they make another one? Very disappointing stay."

"Staff extremely friendly and helpful. No restaurant, No laundry. No elevators. No parking lot - parking across the street or in front if you're lucky. Very noisy (can hear neighbours and the train shakes the room and is very loud). No oven/stove in the room. 2-burner hotplate (mine was broken), very minimal dishes and pots/pans."

"Overall the property was clean, bedding was nice and it seemed very clean. The plug for the tub was broken so I had to have a shower. I was on the bottom floor so it was quite squeeky in our room as we were going to bed and I was concerned it would keep me up but it was okay. Overall I would stay again but overpriced compared to other locations."

"Newish building and rooms. But, sink did not drain and nobody around to fix it. I was handed a toilet plunger to try. Yikes, no thanks! Breakfast? What breakfast? There were just cold bagels on the shelf and a toaster to help yourself with or frozen breakfast sandwiches (that seemed from the grocery store) that looked like cardboard. There were not even plates to use. And they charge how much for their rooms??? Not coming back for sure."
