「We loved the wide open view of the sky over the mountain. We watched the sun set while we sat in the hot tub. This little house is just 3 miles from the Hemlock Falls trail, which is gorgeous and ends at a swimming hole. The house is clean, comfy, and a great getaway from the city. 」

「Except for the steep driveway in, the cabin was wonderful! We had everything we needed for the weekend. We especially loved the chimes from the nearby church. Peaceful and serene....we will definitely be back!」

「Great Stay!This was our second trip to Lake Burton and the Burton Lake Escape property. Our first trip was late winter and this time we wanted more time in and on the lake. We got it! The property is located in a wide cove that allows for great kayaking/ canoeing and swimming. We were able to rent a pontoon boat from The Boat Shop and it really enhanced our stay. The property is really well provisioned and the host great to work with. By the way it is dog friendly and our golden retriever...

Tanya was helpful when I lost the original instructions and responded quickly. The cabin was perfect for both of us to read, cook and enjoy each others company.
