「Beautiful location on an island in the Lake. Beautiful rooms and well maintained property. Would have loved it more if the hiking trails around the hotel were to open 24/7. The viewpoint was very lovely and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. The staffs are well trained and are helpful. Highly recommended and I will definitely come back here again.」

「とてもいいホテルです。部屋は綺麗で気持ちがよかったです。レストランから見える風景もよく、朝食ブッフェも十分な種類・量ありました。 ちょうどお祭りの日に合わせて利用しましたので、夜遅くまでお祭りの音楽が聞こえてきていましたが、私はその音が好きなので、何の問題もありませんでした。 しかし、お祭りに興味が無い人は、お祭りの日は避けた方がいいでしょう。 ホテルのすぐ目の前を、ブラスバンドが大音量で行進するのですが、深夜２時まで続き、そして早朝４時に再び始まりました。どんなにがんばっても眠れません。 お祭りに重なっていないか、十分に確認してから予約されることをお勧めします。」

「We had a one-night stay here at the end of our trip, and were welcomed by the kindest, most helpful staff, and a clean, comfortable room! The neighbourhood might not look like much, but is actually close to Puno’s two main squares, with great bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.」

「　ホテルの人はとても親切でした。問題はシャワーで、温度が低すぎて浴びることが出来ませんでした。セントロ地区にも長距離バスターミナルにも歩いて行くことが出来ます。朝食は、炒り卵とパンと飲み物。野菜が欲しいと思います。」
