"We immediately felt at home, a nice and clean house from which you can take beautiful walks in the mountains and hills. Beautiful beaches are not far away. We enjoyed our stay."

"Me and my family had a lovely stay at Villa Vittoria and in Colonnella. The house was incredibly big with lots of areas for hangouts, inside and in the garden. Riccardo was easy to communicate with ahead of the trip and very flexible and helpful in general. He gave lots of nice recommendations for us with things to do, see and places to eat. "Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. "The hotel is nice, we just stayed for two nights, May 2025 it was out of season, they were starting to make repairs and clean up the property. The rooms were spacious and clean. I’m sure during their peak periods, the hotel is rocking, I highly recommend this place to everyone "

"This is a great hotel in Giulianova a beachside town. Staff are very helpful. Parking is easy & secure. Restaurant and bar is very good. When we arrived we walked into the town about 15 mins. It appeared a quiet little town but when we tried to get into a restaurant we had chosen they were fully booked. Hotel 900 is a must do if you are in the area. "

"Do not stay here. Toilet leaked water, loud train right outside the window, couldn’t use the beach bathrooms, hot tub was broken, had no water in it and front desk staff told us we could still use it, beach attendant caused issues and tried to kick us out of the chairs we had been in for 3 hours since he rented them even though we were in them, electricity flickers and is super sketchy. Do not recommend. "

Stay here. You won't regret it.

"Like in the Spinal Tap movie, if I could give this property a 6 for everything I would have. Beautiful location with view of olive groves up a hill on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Nice, clean, modern, comfortable. Best breakfast we have had so far on this trip. The managers Federica and Guiseppe were so accomodating and wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in this area. Grazie mille, Federica e Guiseppe."

"Sporting Hotel at Teramo Italy was very good, good food, excellent staff and centric close to everything. The hotel in Camogli: Hotel Cenobio de Dogi was excellent y, nice size room with window to the sea, close to the touristic area in Camogli. The staff very helpful and friendly. Restuarant was excellent. "

"The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator. "
