"Hotel Serenella is a hidden gem in the heart of Sirmione. The staff at this hotel truly know what hospitality is all about. EVERY member of the staff make you feel not only like a valued guest but a member of the family. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of Old Town as well as the ferry. Need anything… just ask.. a restaurant recommendation, where to park in Verona… special breakfast… DONE Hotel Serenella is simply wonderful!"

"We stayed at this hotel for a night since we were traveling from Venice to Milan but wanted to visit Verona. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) had a very pleasant experience at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station and this was a must for us. I have to say Valeria was the person that helped us checking in. She was so courteous and helpful, she arranged for our taxi and thanks to her tips we were able to arrive on time to see the sunset at Castel San Pietro. The room was clean and overall comfy. Also, we paid for breakfast the next morning at the hotel and it was worth it. They had variety, food was good and tasty, and the staff was nice and helpful. Overall good experience and would recommend the hotel for sure."

"We had a very nice stay in the old city of Verona at Homy Livia. The apartment was spacious with a sofa bed for our daughter. Very clean and well kept the room was comfortable and convenient only a short walk to the amphitheater. Staff gave us details on parking which is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is fairly easy to find and in a secure and quiet street. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Homy Livia."
