"My family stayed at the Fonte del Benessere Resort for five nights. The hotel is excellent, and we would have awarded 5 stars but for the the really bad dinner we experienced. One night we decided to eat dinner in the dining room. The service was excellent however the food was genuinely bad. Bland pasta dishes, under cooked food. "My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. The best thing about the inn, however? Proprietors Davide and Enzo, and Adnan. Each one made us feel like family. We already miss them!"
