The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. He contacted me the day before to see when we planned to arrive to make sure all was ready for us and I asked him if I could get some suits pressed for the day after and he said it was no problem at all, he dropped them off himself and I got them back at the time promised the next day.
