Clean and cosy exclusive B&B, with nice amenities and welcome gift. Management strives at been welcoming and helpful. This small hotel is located in a former mansion that has been completely renovated. Not recommended for people with heavy luggage or limited mobility, due to the access (stairs, no elevator). Overall a great staying

Liliana and Francesco contacted us through WhatsApp and helped us navigate the parking, it is a short walk from the room. The room is on a street that cars are not permitted to park which helped make for a very peaceful nights sleep. It was a beautiful room with a balcony, and being able to open the door for sun and fresh air was s plus. Room was very clean and included a small fridge and sink as well as a table. Air conditioning worked well (we only used it at night as ambient temperature was good). Lots of closet space and drawers. Decent shower as well. The balcony also had a small table and chairs. No view but relatively quiet. There was also a small clothes line. Incredible staff, property and amenities. Peaceful location, beautiful grounds, and of course remarkable views and food! Cooking class with Maddalena was informative and very fun for our family of 4 adults. The bungalow slept 4 and was very spacious with outdoor seating courtyard. Beautiful property and lovely host family. The house has been converted with lots of love, and we felt privileged to be staying in such a picturesque and peaceful location. The hosts went to great lengths to accommodate all our needs

The Hosts, Roberto and his wife were excellent hosts. Made from scratch breakfast every morning and her Croissants were to die for including their fresh home made jams. Gorgeous view of the Valley and hills from the balcony. Oh, and I have to mention Roberto’s dad Vito…. He makes a mean cup of coffee.

This B&B is clean and well-kept. Luigi is very helpful and friendly. The location is wonderful, very close to the Valley of the Temples and the view is amazing. I would highly recommend.

Nice and clean property with walking distance of the Marina. Served a delicious lunch!

This B&B is superb. The rooms are large, comfortable and well decorated. The staff who work here are also lovely and helpful - I struggled to park the car and they helped, including helping me to load. It was really appreciated. Can’t fault them. The B&B can be hard to find - best is to search for Piazza Lena, then try to find a parking space on the street!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I liked the location and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and they helped me get laundry done too! Beautiful area

View of the temples, great pool for swimming laps, fabulous suite, good restaurant, over the top staff! Can say enough good about the Villa Athena.
