「We had a party of 9 and fit more than comfortably. The teenagers enjoyed the game room and board games. Everyone enjoyed the Llamas and it was so cozy. The weather wasn’t great so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor space, but we’re already planning our next stay. 」

We couldn’t quite figure out how to turn the hot tub on, so we didn’t end up using it, but there was plenty else for us to do and enjoy on the property. 「Place was advertised with pool. Pool is not available all year ( didn't specify that in listing). It’s an above ground portable pool . I received waaaayyy too many texts from owner of unit. Owner gets way too personal . Had no kitchen to cook our meals. I will never rent this unit again.」

「Lava Hot Springs is a small tourist town but I was pleasantly surprised about prices. The corner grocery store, the restaurants and even the gas station were competitive with bigger towns nearby. The town is walkable and this house was just what our church youth group needed to spend the night after an afternoon of fun. Great location, responsive owner, comfy beds and hot showers. And I got to sit on the deck and drink coffee early in the morning.」
