「The unit's bedrooms have no windows at all. So you can't tell day and night and the a/c needs to be on 24/7 because there is no fresh air coming in. The internet does not work so you can't work in the unit at all. No one is coming to fix it for you. We complained every day and in the end they only give us $50 off for the whole stay. The location is convenient and safe. The unit is clean.」

「Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.」
