"Very nice hotel "

"Excellent place to stay in the old town area of Krakow. Location is perfect with the square right on your doorstep. There is always helpful people on hand in the reception area if you need anything. Only a couple reasons I have not given 5*. Firstly if you are given one of the rooms that overlooks the nearby alleyway then you will hear a nearby club at night on Fri, Sat & Sun Secondly the TV & WiFi are pretty poor. "A modern property with an excellent location, a short walk to the old town, right across from the main train station and tram access, yet very quiet save some minor rumble from the trains. The room was small, but very nice, staff was helpful and nice, and it was an excellent value for the cost. "

"The sheets smelled terrible in one of the bedrooms, like they were not changed after previous guests. Disgusting , we realized too late and didn’t get to mention to the hotel staff. We slept without the sheet since it was unbearable to use the one provided. Too bad as I thought I finally found the hotel that I would be going back to."

"This property is clean and nice, walkable to city center and Galleria as well as Krakow Glowney. Very convenient. Check in process can be tricky as it’s either through WhatsApp or the office which is off site and down the street at 40 Lubicz. Once you get familiar with the property layout it’s easy to get around. Stayed again after returning from Warsaw. Definitely would recommend!"

"What a beautiful hotel in a perfect location near old town square, many restaurants, historical sites, museums and right in front of the building of culture and science. The room was super clean and spacious. We ate at the restaurant and food was delicious. The customer service was simply the best. I highly recommend this hotel. I loved my stay here."
