Very helpful staff and casino was nice (minus the smoking part), cafe was nice, gym was okay, but needed updating and mirrors added in front of treadmills so you knew who was coming in behind you. "The price for this hotel was great. The interior of the hotel was completely renovated and it looked great. All new furniture and bathrooms. The bed was pretty comfy and slept great. The AC's worked almost too good. The restaurant was okay but they need to do little bit more for the breakfast. Buffets are good but getting a little old. I will say that they need to fix their elevators, maintenance can go a long way to keeping people from panicking about riding them. BUT I look at a hotels overall picture and outside the hotel, it is in dire need of renovations. The windows are old, landscaping is shot, no frill to the pool entertainment area and the parking lot looks worse the wear. I was traveling alone but would never take my wife there if she was with me. I would spend the extra money for a much nicer hotel."

"The area of the hotel was very sketchy. The hotel is going through a giant remodel so all the outside doors were not locked and anyone could get in. The room was clean and I am glad it didn't smell bad in the room like it did outside. I really don't know how this hotel had such great ratings. Maybe it will be better once all the rooms are fixed up."
