The owner was nearby but not intrusive - he was very friendly and kind and we were lucky enough to meet his lovely daughter, who has excellent English - such a help!The area was lovely too - we went on a lovely walk near the Lake. 「CHARLEVILLES MEZIERES nous a plu dans l'ensemble, nous avons visité la maison natale d' arthur RIMBAUD ainsi que son musée . puis le musée des Ardennes, très intéressant car contenant des objets que l'on ne voit pas partout. Quant à l'appartement il était spacieux, meublé avec goût, moderne et bien chauffé. L'un des propriétaire qui nous a reçu était charmant et très serviable. Super séjour」

「The property was clean, and everything was as it was described! My kids loves all the games. It was to hot to enjoy the hot tub, but it was beautiful. We loved being able to sign in to netflix after our day. The relaxation room was amazing. It was a bit confusing to get to because gps kept trying to send us down the wrong way of the street. There needs to be an osilating fan in every room so there can be air circulating when its hot, since there is no air conditioning. There is no storage...

「This place is a great base for exploring Reims. The air conditioning downstairs does a great job of cooling the main areas, but the second upstairs bedroom doesn't get much airflow, since the other AC unit is located inside the larger room. The only bathroom is downstairs, which could be a slight inconvenience, but it's manageable if you don't mind using the stairs. There's plenty of counter space in the bathroom, which is a nice plus. Overall, the apartment feels spacious and matches the photos...
