Great location for exploring Reims. We arrived at the weekend and so was a self check in, this was absolutely fine as we were given the pass codes, however I felt that the apartments were quite open. This was probably before the heat, but with no staff being on site it looked like anyone could walk in. The apartment itself was good, and had what we needed for our one night stay.

Good Location

Overall excellent . I was lucky enogh to park my motorcycle right at front of apartment. (would be nice to have secured car park . ) reed carefully check in and check out instruction. Location is super. for money you paying can't complain .

All good . Was attending a Stranglers music concert in cartonniere so was nice and convenient for that . Kitchenette was well kitted out . Only negative point which was the shower head which couldn’t be moved from pointing out of the Bath in a fixed position. So you had to hold on to it

We missed that reception closes at 6pm. Our mistake. We arrived in the evening and there were no instructions for "late" arrivals nor any self-checkin instructions. There was a phone number provided on the door (for emergencies) but we received no answer to our calls. We had received not a single word of instructions before arrival. I totally understand that some properties work with limited front office hours. Unfortunately this property doesn't bother to communicate with their guests ahead of arrival to prevent them from getting stranded in front of a closed door and provides no reply when onsite.

Accueil très agréable et professionnel,les renseignements donnés nous ont été très utile pour notre séjour. Le logement était propre mais avec un besoin certain de rénovation aussi bien sur les communs que sur l'appartement en lui-même, nous n'avons pas apprécié la kitchenette réduite et les tabourets de bar trop haut pour notre confort. Une insonorisation insuffisante entre appartement est aussi à prendre en compte.

Parfait pour une halte ou visiter Reims quand on ne veut pas dépenser une fortune et être autonome pour les repas. Moins cher que beaucoup de locations saisonnières. Le studio est fonctionnel, bien placé dans une avenue bordée de maisons de champagne. Un bravo particulier pour la jeune femme qui nous a accueillis.

pas de réceptionniste, des instructions pour récupérer la clef dans un coffre, nous n'avons vu personne et à part la chambre tout était fermé pas de salon comme sur la photo. La chambre était assez sale, moquette tachée, rideau salle, salle de bain rouillée, nous avons même trouvé les 2 tasses de la chambre sale avec des traces de thé ? café ? Et personne sur place à qui se plaindre !
