Okay stay - I recommend

The apartment is nice but not quite like on the photos - it is very plain, basic of the basics, and almost clinical (white, minimalistic, accessible bathroom with rails although I didn't really mind). It is located within a seniors home so dont be surprised - we were haha. It's not bad but not quite what we were expecting. Had no access to the car park as it was full so had to use free street parking but could only find a space a long way away which was not ideal. But we had an okay stay. The staff were lovely and the location is great so I do recommend but just know what to expect. Theres a fridge with a freezer, stove, microwave, cutlery, plates and cups, a frying pan and a couple of pots to use - and we did make a use out of the kitchenette

Very pleasant, spacious apartment, good location

Really lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Walkable to all the sights in central Reims and worth the extra yards for the inexpensive underground parking. We had two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and toilet and 4 balconies. Lift direct to the garage. Supermarket more or less next door. Very friendly reception staff. Great stay!

Nice room. Limited parking. Laundry is for the building’s permanent residents only. For the receptionist to check with staff that yes, rooms were clean/ready, and then tell me that I couldn’t check in until 3 pm anyway felt like a micro aggression.

他のホテルを取っていたのですが、夜遅くもうレセプションが空いてなく急遽ここに来ました。 ベンジャミンという方が対応してくれて互いに言葉が通じない中、翻訳機を使って彼は非常に嬉しい対応をしてくれました。 彼がいなければ私の旅はそこで終わっていたでしょう。

Het is een uitstekend hotel als je niet in het centrum wilt zitten. Het is net buiten de oude stad, daarom met de auto veel makkelijker aan te rijden en je bent toch met 15 min wandelen in het centrum. Ze hebben een kleine maar veilige parkeergarage, je moet daarvoor wel reserveren op tijd want ze hebben niet veel plekken. De receptie was erg vriendelijk en deden hun uiterste best in het Engels te communiceren. De kamer is schoon en heerlijk ruim en alles zit erin. Het is wel sober. Enig minpuntje vinden wij de keiharde bedden, voor ons een beetje te hard. Verder niets dan lof. Prijs/ kwaliteit was helemaal top!
