"A great place to stay which was easily within walking distance to Europa Park, nearby supermarkets and excellent public transport. A microwave would’ve been nice but not essential as we managed nicely with the electric hobs. The beds were very comfortable and everything was lovely and clean. "This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

Man hört zwar die Strasse, dafür gibt es keine Nachbarn oder Passanten direkt am Garten, ist daher zu empfehlen für Leute, die Wert auf Privatsphäre legen. Der Innenraum ist sauber und bietet alles was man braucht (moderner Backofen/Herd, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Internet). "Probably wouldn’t recommend. Firstly, there was no microwave. This was not a major issue but just an inconvenience because we were able to heat up food via the oven. My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. There were issues with insects that mainly just bothered my children. We also noticed the light fixture above our bed needed to be cleaned as...

"It's all about location, and this is a prime one! The unit itself was clean and a great size for the two of us. We like to cook on our trips, and the kitchen was a little sparse, but it was fine, and everything else was great. Hosts were very friendly and helpful (as was their dog - friendly, I mean). We would definitely stay there again."

"This is a very unique rental in old town Ettenheim. The town was quiet and beautiful to explore the Prinzengarten, the church on the hill and the other buildings and establishments. The host was very helpful with getting us situated and welcoming us to his Grandmother's house. There is a bathroom on the main floor, dining room kitchen and one bedroom on the next floor. Another staircase leads to a 3rd floor with another ladder to the loft. My kids enjoyed exploring the house. The house...

"Die Kinder waren begeistert und wir sehr zufrieden!"

"Als wir am Ferienort ankamen, waren wir positiv sehr überrascht vom Haus. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir etwas früher angereist sind, hatten wir bedenken, ob wir schon in die Ferienwohnung gehen konnten. Dies war aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Schnitt. Sie war sehr sauber und war schön eingerichtet. Wir haben dort zwei Nächte verbracht. Einige alltägliche Sachen wie z.B. Gewürze waren schon in der Küche vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt....

"Amazingly nice town and apartment! High quality of interior, beds, bathroom - everything. Wonderful breakfast delivered to your room. Very spaceous room. Kind and helpful land lady. We will definately stay there again if we happen to be in the area again! "

"Der Weg zum Haus ist super vom Vermieter beschrieben und sehr abenteuerlich. Das Haus steht in absoluter Alleinlage am Waldrand und direkt vor dem Haus beginnen die Weinfelder. Traumhaft schön. Die kleine Auffahrt direkt zum Haus (ca. 50m) ist sehr steil. Vom Parkplatz vor dem Haus geht es ca. 50 Stufen durch den Garten zum Gebäude. Das Außengelände und der Garten könnten etwas mehr liebe vertragen. Oben gibt es eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse mit einem großartigen Blick auf Offenburg....

"This was one of the nicest places we stayed in our whole trip (5 weeks). We had a two bedroom bungalow which was very modern and comfortable. Major pluses: The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style); **TWO** toilets! Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space; Free self-serve coffee in the reception area; Plush carpet and very large couch; Very convenient to Europa Park."

"Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations and a restaurant, and city of Rusk proper is less than a 10 minute drive. "
