「Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was pretty clean, A/c was cold once the room cooled off and fridge was cold as well. Bathroom was very nice and clean. I was traveling solo from MO to NV and needed a place to shut my eyes. I prefer small local places over Brand hotel experiences. Town was cute but everything closed at 8 or 10 with a good meal. Overall, I it nice and quite and would stay again. 」

「This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher.
