「This is such a magical spot !! The host was communicative and helpful and the property was cozy and well equipped. Possibly the favorite point of our trip! Plenty of room to spread out. Had to deal with a handful of flies on arrival that were stuck inside or dead but there was a lil vacuum so not a big deal. 」

「This place was lovely, having a hot tub on your balcony was an amazing way to relax and unwind after a day of driving. The property is close to Akureyri if you want to have dinner there or find grocery options. The check in process however was painful, with the website saying you need to contact (call) them two days prior. 「Best place we've stayed in Iceland!!! Love all the thoughtful details and facilities of the cabin, as well as the stunning view and wildlife animals surrounding us there. We were lucky enough to see aurora at night and spot a family of seals sunbathing on the sea rocks in the next morning - thanks to the binos provided in the cabin. Overall the cabin is very well designed, clean and tidy. Space-wise, we didn't feel cramped at all even with 2 big suitcases and all our winter gears. And bonus...

「Property is kept in excellent condition. They are very particular and clear about cleaning responsibilities of their guests. The result is a well kept property. I could not figure out how to control the heat in our cabin so we just opened windows. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again. 」

「It’s a beautiful house in a new neighborhood. The location was beautiful, right on the fjord, only 10 minutes from downtown Akureyri. We cooked one night, pretty well stocked kitchen, could use a few potholders. We couldn’t figure out the cold plunge, but the hot tub and sauna were great. Views from the hot tub are amazing.
