「Great room, although no A/C with the built-in fan it was excellent. Service was great and food didn’t take too long!! Great value in Gulu. 」

「I really enjoyed the hippos grazing at night. The staff also built us a bonfire the first night we were there and we were able to eat around it. The biggest problem was they said we were not expected ( even though my name was clearly on their guest list) and that they did not know we had a 6 year old with us. They were very confused at first and did not know how to handle the situation. One man was very unfriendly.」

「I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available”」

The staff couldn't be more friendly and professional, always ready to help. The grounds and pool are beautiful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the restaurant. The food is fantastic with an abundant menu options. Perfect for both business and leisure — I’d definitely stay again!」
