ノース ノーフォーク ディストリクト ホテル

「Excellent staff committed to ensuring that the Cliff Hotel is one of the best three star hotels. Consistently good over a number of visits I have made.」

「Room nice and spacious. Breakfast great. Restaurant lovely Carpets need a good clean in accommodation. Noisy deliveries from 7am. We put drinks on room during day time; then were charged for all of them on dinner receipt (therefore we were charged service charge on daytime bar drinks). Bizarre given we had added card to room for that exact purpose (I didn’t want to have a card allocated to room, but was told it wasn’t optional, then had bill presented at dinner anyway). Was almost like they...

「Would have rated it 5 stars overall, but one or two things were allowed to run out. For example, the Aspels cider, the decaf tea sachets, and the decaf coffee sachets. Better checking on such things on a regular basis would prevent these from running out, because they could be topped up before they run out. Apart from the above shortcomings, good breakfast, good dinner, friendly and helpful staff.」

「Room and bathroom clean and spacious. Bar and food good. Staff friendly. Buses outside to nearby villages. Train station 5 mins which was really useful for getting around and local shop, pub and cafe 5 mins. Social club 5 mins. Great band and friendly people. Car parking at rear. Beach 10 mins.」

「Chefs need a kick, most disgusting deserts I’ve ever had & I stay in lots of hotels」

「Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms and were assigned one in the courtyard and one in the main building. Bathroom in the courtyard room was significant bigger but otherwise rooms were comparable. Great location. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious and included a cooked breakfast item from the menu as well as the buffet style yogurt, pastries, toast, fruit etc. The homemade compote was absolutely...

「Fabulous building from 1650. Beautiful town. Food was excellent and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!」

「Amazing hotel and restaurant! Staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!」

「my husband and i enjoyed our stay. Set in a lovely position on the cliff above the beach the grounds were lovely with ample seating outside. All staff were friendly and helpful which contributed greatly to our enjoyment in the hotel. Would stay here again.」

「Great place to stay for a few nights! Convenient location to all amenities and shops. Have stayed here twice and would again!」

「We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was great although bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Food was lovely although as a vegetarian there wasn’t much choice. We had a great nights sleep and the staff were helpful and friendly.」

「Staff were all very helpful and chatty which was nice, nice cooked breakfast at a decent price, allowed us to leave our car in their carpark after checking out , which was apprieciated, will be back next year, thank you marine lodge」

「Generally very good, however there was a few disappointing things such as the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the room was a bit small and tired, the black pudding at breakfast wasn't cooked properly (it was like rubber), also olive oil and balsamic should not be pre-mixed let people adjust the ratio to their taste. The staff were very good and the location is very good.」

「Really had a lovely stay」
