"Wonderful clean accommodation, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Owners were very friendly and accommodating to requests. The bath was the highlight and would recommend to everyone. Only downside was there is no card machine which made paying harder than it could have been."

"The hotel is literally in the middle of the village and it looks like a middle age era, it's amazing. The receptionist was extremely warm welcome with us, the hotel is well care and the balcony view it's absolutely beautiful. The amenities provided it was okayish we prefer to use our products. The room was clean and well organized, but for couple a warning: the bed it's not unify by the mattress or pillow top, so if you move to much there will be gap in the middle of the bed. "Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. "

"There is a dance club or night club directly under my room. The hotel literature said quiet time was from 10pm to 8am. I pointed this out to the woman at the desk and she said it was saturday and that it was midnight. It was about 12:45 when the music stopped being pumped into my room. Neither the hotel, nore hotels.com would let me checkout with a refund (this was my first night). The shampoo in the bathroom had clearly been used before. A Great Location In Ohrid

"The hotel is located in the Old Town about 2/3 down the hill. We chose to take advantage of their free parking just outside the city walls and walk down but it is a bit of a trek. We were greeted by friendly staff and then taken to our room, which was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It had a lovely balcony and a view of the hill with the fortress. There was also a common room with some amenities and a common patio. Overall the location was great, near sights and restaurants. It was a great place to stay."
