「Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all.」

「We had such an amazing stay in Turks and Caicos! The place was extremely clean, beautiful, and looked just like the pictures. The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially waking up to the ocean every morning. One of my favorite parts was the shallow sandbar right in the middle of the ocean. You could walk out into the beautiful clear water and just enjoy the scenery—it honestly felt like paradise. The location was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a getaway. 「Our stay at Grace on the Bay was amazing. We were a party of 12 adults and there was plenty of room. North Caicos is very quiet and we essentially had a private beach right outside the Villa. Dave the owner was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was great. His in country support (Dominic for maintenance and Regina for everything else) were quick to respond to any needs.
