"The hotel’s remote location and beautiful views were wonderful! The hotel’s shuttle from and to Echigo-Yuzawa Station was very much appreciated. "Access to skiing so good!"

"From outside the hotel looks grand and impressive, but once you enter it becomes the opposite. The room was musty and had the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on. The shower barely worked and there were cobwebs along the base of the bed and on the ceiling. Don't get me started on the restaurants. Terrible food. Inedible to be honest. I love all styles of Japanese food and have no food issues whatsoever, this food was straight up prison food at best. I would highly recommend avoiding this...
