「Property was not clean. Rooms had exposed wiring and several other safety hazards. Ok room to rent if just looking for a place to rest your head. The couch also smelled like wet dog.」

「Host was readily available by text to answer questions and inform us of the icy conditions around the property. Beds were comfortable although the basement bed had a cover over the mattress and the plastic was hot and noisy to sleep on according to my son and his wife. Overall was convenient and comfortable location for a family gathering.」

「This property is an older home remodeled. the showers are only for SMALL people. they use horrible smelling air freshners. it took 2 days to get the chemical smell out. And the lights in the bathroom went out after the first day. The price on this home is way to high for the property. But on a good note, the fenced in back yard is huge. the dogs loved it. but the next door neighbor has aggressive pit bulls who go nuts at the fence when they are out. . 「2 stars because host seemed very polite to deal with. Other 2 star review very accurate. Heat was terrible. House wasnt clean at all. Mouse droppings found everywhere including on the griddle and in pans in kitchen. Throughout the furniture, bathroom stand beside sink and even on window seals. House and furniture smelled aweful. Mold coming thru bedroom ceiling. Open ended wiring just taped off in ceiling in living room. I feel it could of been great place if taken care of. 」
