「Such a beautiful room and view. The spa was amazing as well. However, guests in adjoining rooms were so incredibly loud, we were woken up several times between 2:00 and 5:00 am. We called security, but it didn’t stop them from ruining what would’ve been an amazing stay. 」

「The quality of the room was horrible. The ventilation air system was terrible. I barely could breathe. I felt like so congested somehow I caught Covid during my day. I was there for two days and I never left the resort.」

「My room is noisy. I called the front desk to check this noise, I waited for over 2 hours but no one came.」

「Hotel had plenty of food options and many were affordable and quick. Karaoke on Thursday night was fun. Dealers were nice at casino. 」

「部屋はそれなりに清潔で、立地やアクセスは非常に良好でした。 一方で、24時間運行している路面電車の真上の部屋だったため、夜通し騒音が気になりました。 また、エレベーターへ向かう廊下には、片付け途中のように見えるバーカウンターが2台、滞在中ずっと置かれたままで、通行の妨げになるだけでなく、安全面でも不安を感じました。」

「Everything was very good except 1) parking was full so at 10pm I had to drive to the overflow lot and walk back which was not ideal (in the rain and cold) and the sign to the lot was confusing and 2) the rug in our room had a big stain by the foot of the bed. 」
