"Our room's AC did not work, making it humid and above 78 degrees the entirety of our stay. We had to prop the door to the hallway open several times to help cool down the room. There is no fan in the bathroom, so any moisture from steam just kind of sits. The shower only had one panel, so did not fully shut which resulted in water being splashed outside the shower which needed to be wiped up each time."

"My scores that are low is because housekeeping need to do better and not clean what can only be seen but the whole room and it’s entirety. Switched rooms and went through the same EXACT thing again. But I still say 4/5 overall because it’s a really good place for families and we still had ALOT of fun . Housekeeping needs to improve and add microwaves because I wanted money not being able to warm food."

"Check in is clunky with the kiosks, it seemed most people needed some sort of staff assistance, including us. We had some major disturbances from our neighbors and could not reach guest services until the next day, in which they helped us change rooms but then put us in a room that was occupied / gave us the wrong room number? so more wait again to clear that up. I was supposed to get a credit but didn't. It is virtually impossible to check out (QR codes not working, kiosks not working, no counter staff available). In general, the rooms and the resort are fine but there were many hiccups. "

"The check in process was a nightmare. Long lines and the kiosk ran out of room keys. The hotel is under construction and is a decent place to stay but definitely needs an upgrade to stay modern. Room was clean, most of the staff was pleasant and helpful."
