「This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The location is perfect for getting just about anywhere in the QC. The fenced yard is perfect if you travel with a dog.That said, based on the reviews of others, I had higher hopes for the condition of the home. It was clean enough, though nowhere near spotless. The ivory carpet on the stairs and the second floor could really use a deep cleaning - it is quite dirty. The handle is broken off of the freezer drawer, so you have to grab the side...
