「The hotel’s location was excellent, and both the service and hospitality were very good. We were traveling with children, and they welcomed us very warmly. As mentioned in other reviews, the facilities are somewhat old-fashioned, but they are well maintained. In fact, they matched the atmosphere of the town and felt like something out of a fairy tale. The parking was easy, and it was convenient to walk to the city center. There was no complimentary bottled water, so if you prefer to avoid using...

「Very clean! The free breakfast is great with lots of choices - hot and cold. The pool area has lots of chairs, we just didn’t have the time to use it. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but did ask for a couple glasses of wine to take to our room which was no problem. Very easy walk to old town and lots if restaurants. Nice place! Enjoyable stay for us.」

「We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least 」
