「The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in.」

「This was my first experience with no-person for procedure. It was so comfortable and efficient 」

「The boathouse was a total Rotterdam experience! We loved it. It was a little difficult with my elderly mother but we managed. The beds were comfortable.」

「The apartment was immaculate and the balcony has view to the woodland. Don’t get confused (like I did) with ‘keys cafe’; as it’s not a place that serve ☕️ - but It’s a key locker which requires a set of code to open the locker. The building does not have a lift. Thank goodness that my carry on luggage wasn’t too heavy」
