「The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten. The apartment was charming but some improvements could be made: replace the burner with a microwave; provide some towels or paper towels to dry dishes. 「Apartment was clean and modern. Our only complaint was not being aware of steep steps to entrance and in the apartment to the bedroom and bathroom! We had 2 people with knee issues which made it scary each time they used the stairs. We would have chosen a different apartment if we had known. We also had heavy luggage to drag up and down! 」

「First off, I expected a lot more from this place. It is dubbed as a "luxury" houseboat, but it had very little hospitality. There was a "welcome bag" in the kitchen with 1 roll of toilet paper (why not just put it in the bathroom??), some cleaning cloths, enough coffee for 2 cups, a tiny pouch of soap for one shower and some trash bags. The bed linens aren't even put on the beds; we had to do it ourselves! No towels either. We were expected to take out the trash, too. The price was waaaay too...
