「The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor. Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine. The microwave wasn’t functioning and same problem as the others. I SHALL never try this hotel or any UNMANNED hotel. Expedia better mention explicitly that hotel is UNMANNED 😖」
