"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."

The facility, property layout, service, and hospitality were unmatched. "The location is very convenient to the Crocodile Bridge entrance of Kruger National Park. It is a great value especially considering the property is very well maintained, has air conditioning (helpful during summer), and lovely gardening. It is located in a quiet and upscale section of town on a small ridge, but very convenient shopping and restaurants. If I'm ever back in the area, I hope to stay there again."
