"We stayed two separate nights the beginning and end of our trip. The first stay the floor was soaking wet in our room. The second stay, after a long day of travel, the non-smoking room in the non-smoking property, smelled very strong of smoke. Returning to the front desk, they “they could they could move us to another room.” Moved from the West wing 3rd floor to the other wing (different elevators) to the entire 2nd floor in the east wing smelling like smoke. The second room was less smoky than the first so we crashed asleep not wanting to deal with moving again. It’s a great property but the lack of attention to details and the going above and beyond I receive with Bonvoy properties. I don’t expect concessions, but not offering even a free drink (Bonvoy points, discount on rate, etc) exemplified the poor service. Sadly we liked the variety of restaurants (ate twice at Red china it was so good) and the pool area but the cons of poor service, conditions of the rooms & attention to details outweigh these pros. "
