「This was a wonderful place to stay. The Hosts were very accommodating and checked in multiple times while I was there to make sure I was okay. Definitely recommend as a traveling student with a need for a place to stay in small towns.」

「Earlier reviews emphasized cleanliness of the property. It was not clean. Let's start with the positives. The bed was clean. We checked in without incident. The negatives. The house was not remotely clean. We owned an old house and were expecting radiator heat, etc. However, there was dog hair everywhere downstairs despite the fact no dogs are allowed. There were dustbunnies on the floor with dog hair. The rug and couch in the living room were covered in dog hair. The furniture is dirty like it...

「I had an amazing stay at this property. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The property is beautiful. The host was outstanding. My son absolutely loved it here」

「Great location close to Ricketts Glen State Park. Restful stay after strenuous hikes. Clean and welcoming apartment. Close to restaurants for dinner. Since we had a kitchenette, we were able to cook breakfast and make lunches with food we brought from home.」

「New & clean, and on a lovely farm even if somewhat remote. Guests must be very nimble to access the loft sleeping area, and be ok with a firm sleeping surface & tight spaces. 」

「Very clean property, comfortable, the trout stream was running strong making a great audioscape for a nice outdoor fire. David was very accommodating; 5-stars all around!」

「The house had lots of charm and was perfect for our family. I appreciated having coffee and all the things we may need to make it at the home ready for us. Property is close to Bucknell which was a huge plus for us!」

「Beds were super uncomfortable. Felt a little unsafe, no dead bolt on the door. Showers are not close. Bathrooms did not have hot water behind the cabins. Porch chairs do not count as chairs. They were shredded. The ducks that wander around are super cute and friendly though.」

「If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember.」

「We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. We felt at home, the host has literally thought of everything. The chickens, turkey and pidi the cat are super friendly and are an added bonus..」

「If I had to leave an honest review; I would say that it would have been a better experience if we would have slept better. We are a little on the plus size, and to sleep in a full size bed was a little too squishy for our comfort level. But that's just our preference. (That's my fault, I did not look at the bed sizes when I booked). Also, it's always nice to have a coffee pot so that people aren't waiting in line to have a cup of coffee; again, just a preference thing for people that are coffee...
